 8th Grade Promotion
The eighth grade promotion ceremony will be held on June 2nd at 7:00 pm in the AJHS auditorium. Congratulations to our 8th graders!
 6th and 7th Grade Award's Day
Award's Day for 6th and 7th graders will be held on June 3rd in the AJMS gymnasium at 8:30 and 9:30 respectively.
School Attendance
In order to have a successful school year, students need to attend all classes every day. We strongly encourage parents to make doctor's appointments, schedule family vacations, and other nonessential matters outside school hours so that valuable instructional time is not missed.
The school day begins at 8:00 a.m. with 6th and 8th grade students moving to homeroom. At 8:10, 7th graders move to homeroom. If your chilid is late for any reason, a parent is asked to sign them in.
If you must sign out your child, please do so by 2:50 p. m. It becomes too congested and disrupts the traffic in front of the school if pick up occurs after this time.
Thank you for your help with these important matters that make a difference in your child's educational experience.

 I am delighted to be able to work with the people of our community. But, more than that I am blessed to have the opportunity to be with children everyday. They (the students)are our future.I am excited about their potential to become tomorrow's leaders. My door is open. Please come in. Help me as we help our children grow.
